Pakar telematika Roy Suryo meminta bantuan Komnas HAM usai dipolisikan terkait kasus tudingan ijazah palsu Jokowi.
Bukan hanya Roy Suryo, namun Rismon Sianipar, Dokter Tifa, dan Rizal Fadilah turut menyambangi kantor Komnas HAM.
Kedatangan mereka ke Komnas HAM itu melaporkan terkait dugaan kriminalisasi yang dilakukan Jokowi.
“Kami dari tim advokasi anti-kriminalisasi akademisi dan aktivis telah mendatangi Komnas HAM dalam rangka untuk mengadukan dugaan pelanggar hak manusia yang kami duga dilakukan oleh saudara Joko Widodo berkaitan dengan adanya sejumlah tindakan kriminalisasi,” ujar pengacara Tim Advokasi Anti Kriminalisasi Aktivis dan Akademisi, Ahmad Khozinudin.
Sebelumnya, Jokowi telah melaporkan orang-orang yang meragukan ijazahnya ke Polda Metro Jaya.
Roy Suryo dan Dokter Tifa sudah sempat memenuhi panggilan polisi untuk klarifikasi.
Adapun para terlapor disangkakan Pasal 310 dan 311 KUHP tentang tindak pidana fitnah dan atau pencemaran nama baik.
Serta Pasal 27 A, 32, dan 35 UU ITE tentang tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan dengan rekayasa teknologi.
